Sending Files

Digital files may be submitted to us in a number of ways including:

1) Upload: Using your Internet browser you can upload your files directly through the enmassemedia.com website. If your files are larger then 50MB then please use option 2 or contact us to make arrangements

IMPORTANT: File naming conventions for En Masse Media are critical. All files submitted must be archived as *.zip (PC)or *.sit (Mac). For details, click here.

All files submitted using this method must be compressed using WinZip or Stuffit.

Note: If you navigate away from this page during the art transfer process, we will not receive your file although it may appear that we have. Maximum file upload size using this page is 50MB. If you wish to submit a file larger than that, please use one of the alternative methods detailed below.

Once your file has been uploaded, you will receive a "File Upload Completed" message. Please wait for that message.

If you have not yet filled out an order form, please go to the Enter Your Order page and submit your order first, then upload your file from this page.

2) Using your FTP program you can FTP us your files. This method is required for submitting files larger then 50MB and we recommend using it for submitting all larger digital files.

3) Email your files to info@enmassemedia.com. Files sent via email must be less than 10MB. For files larger than 10MB, please use one of the other three options.

4) Courier, mail or deliver them in person. See the Contact page for our contact information. Please note, for all options above you will need to complete the order form - Enter Your Order. All files submitted via email, online upload or FTP must be compressed using WinZip or Stuffit.
